Who can apply for the retreat?

Funded startup founders aiming for meaningful growth and new connections. We handpick participants to ensure synergy and shared ambition.

How are founders matched?

We curate the group based on company stage, potential business synergies, personal drive, and complementary ambitions—ensuring everyone is surrounded by peers on their level.

Why only 15 participants?

Research shows that meaningful relationships form in groups of 8-15 people. Any larger, and you get cliques. Any smaller, and you miss diverse perspectives.

When and where will it take place?

The location will be close to Barcelona, Spain. We'll be in a beautiful Villa that includes everything to have a great time. The retreat will take place from 17.06.26 - 21.06.26.

What’s included?

All workshops, accommodation, meals, experiences, and curated activities are covered—just bring your focus and openness.

Flights & travel expenses are not included.

How do I know if I’m accepted?

We review all applications and notify selected founders with a personal invitation. If you're not selected this round, you’ll remain on our waitlist for future retreats.
